 Future EU Baltic Sea Strategy7 April 2008 BDF participated 7 April in an informal working group in Brussels in order to contribute to an informal, regional contribution to the upcoming EU Strategy on the Baltic Sea Region, which is planned to be presented in June 2009.
Together with representatives from the Baltic Sea Region, the BDF Director Hans Brask and Deputy Director Adam Kanne discussed possible elements to be submitted to the upcoming EU Strategy for the Baltic Sea Region, which will be elaborated by the European Commission and submitted to the incoming Swedish EU Presidency by the end of June 2009. Input to and discussions about the EU Strategy will become a main feature at the upcoming BDF Summit 30 November - 2 December this year. |
