How do You Collaborate?
It is not only WHAT the project is about but HOW people collaborate that drives long term sustainability. In transnational projects it is important to find effective ways of working with diversity and of “thinking together”. The workshop is about how you create and develop the learning process and how you use communication as a tool for driving commitment from project members and stakeholders. Key note speakers will be Mr. Mats Hellström, former Governor of the County Administration of Stockholm and Mrs Elena Kalinina, Rector of Saint Petersburg Social and Economic Institute. Welcome! EFFEKTNET, The Swedish Association for EU Project Professionals, is a non profit organisation that promotes improved skills within EU project management and cooperation in transnational projects. Members are international coordinators of municipalities, regions, government and business and trade. The association offers a forum for exchange of knowledge and experiences between members, authorities, organisations and industry.
