What is needed is conditions similar to those of the internal market of the EU. The countries have to develop a legal framework and a local administration able to govern and fight corruption at all levels. To the benefit of local business and foreign investors.
Russia would very much like to see the political support of accession transformed into favorable economic approach at the negotiations.
